Are you refering to the folk tales (such as St. George and the Dragon?) in which knights supposedly fought dragons? First of all, dragons of the kind described in legend do not exist. Second of all, some of these stories are meant as parables, where the protaganist and antaganist are representatives of larger things. In the story of St. George (who was a night BTW) and the Dragon, the dragon represented the Devil.

Medieval Knights were when???? 1400/1500's ...I hardly think there were any T-Rex's walking around 500 years ago.

There have not been any dinosaurs on this earth for 65 million years brotha, so I doubt medievil knights were fighting anything but themselves a mere 500 years ago.

Please, snakes? My guess is that there were possibly a few relatives of the pteradactyl left then. The hot breath on their necks probably started the myth. Snakes????
