Manchester United have had 4 French defenders since the 1990's.
Currently, Patrice Evra and Mikael Silvestre are both in the first team squad.
About 4 years ago, Laurent Blanc played for a few seasons, 2 I think.
Before that, can anyone remember a guy by the name of William Prunier? He was French, and was on loan with Manchester United, I think over the Christmas / New Year period of, and this is a geuss, 1994/95, but could have been a year or 2 either side of that date. Not sure if he was on loan, or on trial. I think he played 2 games, but was awful. He went back to his other club really quickly.
But shark tank??? No idea.

Correct.
William Prunier was on loan to Man Utd in the 95/96 season.
He played 2wice for the team, making his debut in a 2-1 win against QPR.
He never made the cut though, and soon made the trip back to France.
Not sure if he is called the shark tank though.
