Whendoing group work I have noticed that nobody says I did it, though recognition counts?

But how do I go about it as the young generations are full of I did this, I can do this and changing at my age and become louder with everything I do is a taboo at my age. So can one help me how to go about it... Many appreciations for some hints..

you say what you did only on your resume.
don't be boasting it out loud.
keep quiet about credit for your contributions.
except in a job interview. then explain calmly what
you contributed and how it impacted the result.
