Keep an eye out for tree lots in your neighborhood. The longer you wait to buy your tree, the less selection you will have. If you are willing to wait until the last minute, you can get a tree for practically nothing. In fact, some lots will give away trees for free on Christmas eve because it saves them from having to dispose of the leftover trees. The biggest risk in waiting is that all of the lots will sell out and no trees will be available.

Good luck with your search for a christmas tree.
