You want the oil to gas mixture ratio? Or are you talking about the gas to air mixture rato?

I thought all the Polaris 250's had oil injection?

Double check before you begin mixing - or you could be running twice-oiled gas.

The mix will depend on the oil you purchase, the recommended mix ratio will be listed on the bottle. Inexpensive petroleum two stroke oil will require more oil per gallon of gas (32:1 to 50:1) than a good quality synthetic oil (50:1 up to 70:1).

No matter what you use, I usually don't recommend any mixture less than 70:1. Yes, there are some off-brand oils that say they'll work at 90:1, but I've seen issues with these in the past.

A richer mixture will never hurt the engine - although it'll smoke a bunch and can cause starting issues. A too-lean mixture can cause a piston or crank failure.

Same with jetting. Always error on the side of safety and go rich.

If you're premixing, 4oz oil to gallon of gas gives a 32/1 ratio and works great for most 2 stroke engines
