Jack off into a cup and pour it in the window, then when a woman sits down to drive off you will impregnate her. Nothing says revenge like giving them a bastard child.

No, it's a bad idea. What people do to make a point a parking spot is there's is get some friends/family to work with them.
The people will sit or stand in that space waiting for you to get there. Or they will leave things like cones, wedgie boards, chairs, and things with cement at the bottom while the people are on break or not expecting you back immediately.
This is how I've seen people train othesr that a spot was their's. The people that might consider parking there would avoid that spot when they realized there was always stuff in it that might make noises or mess up something.
I do not know if you can get in legal trouble if this isn't a space specificly for you (your parking lot, your number on the space, things like that). But it would probably be less of a problem then if your caught urinateing in someone's car and give a better message then the truck owner finding mystery pee that could have been from some stray cat/dog in their mind.

As tempting as it may be, it would not be a good idea. This person might have some idea who may have done this and seek revenge on your vehicle. Then things could really escalate.
First of all, is that parking spot your parking spot? Some apt. complexes have private spots for tenants. If this is the case, then complain to the management about this, so they can tow the vehicle away. If the spot is a free for all, then you don't really have a choice in the matter. Best thing you can do is beat the person to the parking spot if you're early enough, or if you have a second car, then park it there if the spot is free and leave it there.

Why not just tell him you like parking there and have been parking there for a year or whatever and ask him if it is possible for him to pick another parking spot?

Open a can of tuna and stick it under his driver seat first thing in the morning. It would work best on a hot day.

call the manager of the complex and tell them that someone is in your spot and you want their car towed...or park right behind his car so he's stuck

If you want your face pounded to goo, then yes.
Other than that no, it's not a good idea.
Why don't you just try to talk to him and solve the problem.

No, just ask him to please park somewhere else. If that does not work report him if that spot is really for you. Or try and get there early.

Cutting off his valve stems might be more annoying than him just having to shampoo his seats.
