1) Keep a journal
2) Think of where your problem is in the grand scheme of things.
3) Sleep
4) Talk to someone about what's going on.

dont sweat the small stuff. little things in life dont matter. whatever is going on at work, you rae fighting with your friends, you broke up with your mate. who knows. remember what is important to you the most, and stick to the people who stick by your side. they will help you stress less. also do something for yourself once in a while. if you need a nap, just a night on the couch, or maybe you need a trip to the bar. whatever it is, DO IT FOR YOURSELF. life happens and you cant stop it, whats going to happen is already in the process of happening. just let it and deal with it the best you can with the people who make you happy.

yoga, yoga, yoga.
perhaps aikido, judo etc.
breathing.
physical discipline/regular practice.
with meditative aspect.
mediation is the biggest indicator of happiness.
research proves it.
people who mediatate are happier than those who don't
worked for me.
