Don't take life so seriously. Don't focus on the unimportant material things. Try to achieve inner peace through meditation or breathing exercises. Find something you really enjoy! Some like golf, fishing, camping etc and do these things as often as possible. Don't allow your work to consume you! Treat it as secondary and you as primary. If it's stressing you out step away form it and take care of yourself before continuing.

The body naturally releases stress by crying. Don't be afraid to cry when your emotions are telling you to! I haven't found a surefire way to release stress specifically, rather it is a gradual process of calming yourself and eventually working out all of the stored anger and negativity. There's a lot of negative crap stored in your body, in muscle tissue and whatnot and it makes up your core vibration, the vibration of your being. You can change and raise your vibration by engaging in spiritual practise, there are a million ways to develop spiritually. As for living the coolest life? I don't reckon it exists, that's just a fantasy concept. Just live in the now and chill, enjoy it while you're living and breathing, have fun, that's it.

i'm a graduate student in an accelerated masters program. my advice- work out or play a sport (i highly recommend racquetball) once a day, always have a book around you read for *pleasure, and every weekend find time to go out dancing (preferably in a place you've never been before). Eat organic food and listen to non-mainstream music. And remember that the value of life comes from one's relationships within his/her community.

By letting go of...EVERYTHING...
just let go, and float along with the current, in the river of life...drop all useless problems, preoccupations, anger, fear, worries...everything that is not totally necessary in this very moment.
Live the present moment.
