These chains are in fact, 1 chain. You buy a burger in Georgia from Hardees and a burger from CJ's in Oregon.
Same darn burger....
In a nutshell, the company is called Carl's Jr. west of the Mississippi and Hardee's east of it.

Well, being that they're owned by the same company, are they really that different?
We only have Hardee's here, and they have good breakfast. They used to have really good fried chicken, too.

Carls' Jr....yum, yum!
Fatburger over Carls'...and In and Out Burger is just as good.
I miss west coast fast food...del taco...can't get that stuff in the midwest..it's all Mcd'd and the King....gross!
