Do I just fold it neatly and put it in a brown, bubble wrapped Letter size envelope? Any suggestions? Thank you!

It doesnt even need to be in a bubble wrap envelope, just a regular envelope (big size) will be fine. If you ship it priority mail you can get an envelope for free.

um - go to the post office with the tshirt.
buy an envelope with bubble wrap on the inside. (so it dosent get damaged)
make sure its big enough!
write the address before - not after!
fold the shirt nicely and place inside.
put any other items - notes or letters?
closed properly.
go to the counter to ge it wieghed
pay for the stamps.
the end!

fold it and go to the post office, they have all kinds of large envelopes and boxes of all sizes.

Presentation is everything!!!!
Do a tri-fold then role it like a sleeping bag & tie it with a ribbon or string.
Take it to a professional postal service and they will wrap it for you. Good luck.
