I'm thinnking of doing a cell phone related science fair project on how it affects the time of your reaction. If you know any other science fair ideas with human subjects could you please post them?

Here are a few that I have seen before...

1. Short term memory: show them a page with lots pictures of things on it for ~15 sec then wait a little bit and have them write down how much they can remember. I think females traditionally have better short term memories than males

2. Reaction time is always a good one

3. Noise: There is a range of sound frequency that people can here and as you get older that range gets smaller. So there are tones that people under thirty can here but people above can't

4. Touch (nervous system): I slightly remember seeing one where I think they blindfolded people and touched various parts of their arm and the people had to guess where they were touching, but I;m not sure of the details of that one.

Hope this helps

I'd like to piggyback on one of Jeff D's ideas. A hearing experiment done on people before and after listening to an Ipod on headphones at different levels for different amounts of time. Very relevant to today's culture.
