Click the link below from a list of meds you can take while pregnant and if you're still unsure consult you're doctor! Good luck!!!

ask your OB before you take anything over the counter. the best way to get rid of a cold is to let it run it's course, usually about 2 weeks. it should start to taper off soon. if it is really bad and you need relief, definitely get some. doesnt do the the baby any good if you are miserable. you can also talk to a pharmacist at a CVS or something. they can tell you what is okay to take, and give you recommendations.

You may need to call your doctor and ask them. I am only 7 weeks and I had a head cold a few weeks ago and I was miserable. They told me to get a cool mist humidifier, and I could take some benedryl or sudafed. But I suggest you ask your doctor just to be on the safe side.
Good Luck & I hope you get to feeling better.

ALWAYS ask your doc before you take meds...unless they say its ok...I am 24 weeks aswell and have the same prob. My doc said regular sudafed was ok(the one that doesnt have any pain killers or anything good in it lol) and tylenol...it didnt shake my cold tho...I had to go to my doc yesterday for some antibiotics cuz I was running fever.

When I was pregnant with my son, the only thing my doctor said I could take was Tylenol and a saline nasal spray.

Call your local pharmacist, they are great for asking advice on medicine. Also they have gone to school for this, so they know a great deal about med's/ As far as I know you can take Sudafed, but please call your local pharmacy and ask for the Pharmacist!

Call your doctor they are the only ones that can tell you what is okay to take and not take.
