cant find much on net, i have a case study and i have to pick to models of care which would be helpful in planning the care of the person in the case study.

Or Nursing Theories - the base for professional nursing practice published by Prentice Hall

Just check down the main street of any large city. Those painted ladies will agree they are models of care or anything else you want to call them
