I will agree. But i think that is exactly why his socalled mythology has taken off. he is not an amazing martial artist, he has one move (the roundhouse kick) and was a bad actor. its classic irony. i have been striving though to replace him with sonny chiba. now that guy is f**king hardcore. he ripped a guys pecker and balls off before sin city was even conceived.

Chuck's always been a wooden actor and his matrial arts always seemed a bit slow to me. Still, if his movies are on, I'll watch them. Guilty pleasure viewing.
