I don't know where you can get a complete list; but I do know there are thousands of species. In some cases more than 200 species have been taken in one plankton trawl at one location.

I would not recommend it. First of all, though it is a large tank, there will be a lot of build up of waste from having your live foods breed in the same tank. It may reach toxic levels and kill your fish. I would say start a different tank for those items. Just a word on self-contained ecosystems, they do not last for very long. In order to get all of the nutrients into the tank, regular water changes are a must. You can dump in all the chemicals and additives you want but you are just going to make soup. Saltwater tanks can be easy or hard, depending on how you want to do it. But one that will thrive on its own is really not very feasible for an extended period of time. If you want fish that cannot co-exist, get separate tanks. Please do as much research as you can on this topic and find a store specializing in only saltwater to help you out. Good luck!
