Look like you need to health check you computer.
Download and run from download.com ad aware,spybot and an anti-virus software.
Then do a defrag from your system tools in windows.
If this does not help you may need to free up some space on your hard drive if nearly Full.
Then maybe add more ram.
list again with the spec of the PC if none of this works.
