Work on your resume. their are numberous site sfor that. Also you can post your resume on Job boards that gets me jobs faily quick.

helps if you can talk to the PERSONNEL MANAGER personally......then go in once a week or every other and show your face or call....otherwise your just a faceless piece of paper in a filing cabinet.
