There should ALWAYS be a Stable. Kind of hard to pick members with three different entities Raw, ECW, and the other one). Benoit was a member; he could be the core of a new Stable. John Cena, Batista, and maybe Lashley. Nothing will ever live up to the Original Four. But at least it was there in opposition to nWo in the last days of WCW... I am a bit biased, but I think Arn Anderson, The Enforcer, should manage.

There have been so many Horsemen incarnations and to be honest they seem to get worse each time they try to reform the stable. In my opinion if they were to reform they would need Flair or Arn in the mix. Both of those guys were so good on the mic and in the ring. That being said i would go this route.
Arn or Flair as manager (ala JJ Dillon)
Randy Orton
Chris Benoit
Shelton Benjamin
Finlay

The original Four Horsemen were
Ric Flair
Tully Blanchard
Ole Anderson
Arn Anderson
All of with the Exception of Flair have retired now and Flair is going to retire soon so without at least one member I don't think they'll come back.

Yes i think it would be a good idea, but the reason why it wont happen is because it was never vince's idea in the first place and he hate's using idea's of other people, but i do think it would bring sumthing fresh to the WWE and because the horsemen were always proper wreslter's(no many of them about) so here my pick
Chris Beniot
Finlay
Randy Orton
William Regal

I dont know if we will ever see them again. The horsemen will not be the same without their leader, ric flair, and I believe that flair is past his prime. Much like the NWO, It is not the same without the outsiders( nash and hall) ANd the leader Hollywood Hogan.

White horse - Represents the false the Antichrist. His white horse is symbolic of his deception and imitation of the real Christ...he will come on the scene preaching peace (Daniel 11:24), but won't follow through with it. Red Horse - Symbolic of war. The sword given to him could possibly be symbolic of nuclear weaponry. Black Horse - Famine and hunger. Pale Horse - Symbolic of death as explained in Rev 6:8, who is followed by Hades.
