What non perscription products are good at helping get and maintain an errection. Are there side effects like headaches and congestion?

Go to a doctor and do not waste your money on stuff that does not work. The common prescription medications (viagra, ciala, etc) may also not give you the response you want if you have an underlying condition that is causing the problem and is not being treated.

There are no non prescription products that will help with an erection. If they say they will help, it's all a lie to get your dollar..
