I live in Milwaukee and we are in the midst of getting about 14" of snow. I should have stayed in bed with my wife but unfortunately, I was able to make my way to work. My big thrill for today will be leaving work early to play with my 5 and 1-1/2 year olds, maybe build a snow man and then snow blow my driveway so that my wife and I can go out on the town tonight to a "holiday" show. The snow definately will add to the holiday spirit!!

We're by Lee's Summit here. We're like a block away from Missouri (we live in KS). We got 6 inches of snow, and my husband had two days off from work. It's great!

However, my son and I are just staying in. He had his first snowfall this year, but he wasn't too impressed. There's still too much ice out for our comfort.

Arlington Heights, Illinois. The snowfall is 8 inches here and still coming down. We can't get our front door open. I stayed home but am working. Snow days aren't nearly as much fun when you are a ::gasp:: grown-up.
