Report this girl to the office, tell your teacher, an adult or a friend that can back you up when ever you are about to face her. If it is possible ask a teacher or a principal to have a conference with her and you present to get to know what the problem is. Probably there is something of you in her that she doesnt like, and she projects.

If your school has a counselor (don't know if schools can afford those these days), talk to the counselor. Those conversations are always kept confidential, so there's no risk of Jade finding out that you "snitched on her".

In the meantime, don't let yourself be isolated from the herd. Staying within a group of people is the best way to deter attacks.

Depending on how old you are, it might actually be in your best interest to take a few self-defense classes. Please note that I am NOT advocating going up to Jade and challenging her yourself - this is self-DEFENSE, not self-ATTACK! But it's never a bad idea to know what to do if someone decides to get violent in your direction - having that knowledge will make you less fearful, and it's the fear that is attracting the bullies. If you're not comfortable telling your legal guardian about being bullied, then try saying you want this knowledge for when you're on the dating scene. =)

Research shows that most bullies don't change; so, trying to reason with her is probably not going to work, but sometimes being honest and saying "I can't fight you; why don't you find someone who can if that's what you want" will make her go away. If this is happening at school, then please tell a guidance councellor or trusted adult. Bullying can sometimes lead to BIG problems. Just don't do anything stupid (carry a weapon, etc.) Good luck

Tell your teacher or another adult. Or, if the fight starts before that, let her hurt herself...meaning dodge everything she tries to do to you and shove her out of the way. Don't even lift a fist. Just let her make her own ruin, if you catch my drift.

Tell a grown up, you have to tell someone....noone should have to put up with her and she may be making other people feel the way you do. The fact she is being so mean proves she needs help herself and has got problems - so telling someone that can help the both of you is what is best.

Watch "King of the Hill" for pointers. Bobby Hill really knows how to deal with bullies - usually with humor. You could pick up a few pointers.

Tell your your parents which in turn hopefully they will speak to your principal. Bullying should not be accepted in any school. School should be for learning, not for dating, bullying or screwing around.
