YES!!!! If you mean a Loan broker agent or a realtor. They both broke contracts and falseified documents. We are in a lawsuit now because of this. If you are in a predicament like this I advise you to get an attorney.

do you mean a realtor? i have not. but if you are trying to sell your home in todays market, then don't get your hopes up and
make sure you have plenty of endurance. its not always the realtors fault when your home doesn't sell as fast as you think it should. we are in a falling/slow real estate market and not looking for it to change till next year maybe spring. realtors can't make a buyer buy your home. i'm not a realtor but we've been trying to sell our home for 15 months. i don't blame the realtor.
we are competing with new homes in our subdivision---most people want new-new-new. they don't care about ceramic tile-corian counter tops, top of the line fixtures/plumbing. they just want builders grade or less as long as it is new.
