The easy way: Lamination.

The hard way: Since oxygen, temperature changes, and humidity are the enemies of paper, you'll need to keep the clipping in a sealed container filled with an inert gas (Argon is commonly used). You'll also need to keep it in a storage area with regulated temperature.

Lamination is WAY easier, but means you can't access the actual pages, and may reduce its value (if it has one).

Photograph it.
The yellowing is caused by a "slow burn" due to the acid in the paper.
