Obese is defined as 20 lbs or more over the recommended weight chart. have you seen that chart? Its ridiculous.
At 5"8, my husband is supposed to be 140-145 lbs. Stupid.

Don't know the stats, but there are way too many. We eat more and work less (physically). We are turning into a massive lazy society.
