Traditionally I think that women prefer tall dark and handsome. However there is nothing wrong with being short and there are plenty of girls who would find a short guy attractive! No worries!

My husband is 5'5". I have always felt a little intimidated by really tall men. Maybe because my dad was 5'7". I don't think you have any worries unless of course you are interested in the 5'8" - 6' model type women. Just be comfortable with who you are and that will be felt by those around you. Don't worry about your height, its usually your personality and the way you treat people that attracts the ladies of quality.

Omigosh! Don't worry at all!!! All my friends just want a hot guy...none of my friends "prefer men over 6 feet tall" like all the stupid internet statistics say! Just make sure to dress, smell, look good, have good financial status, and have a strong personlality and know what you want to do w/ ur life!
It's not odd at all if you are good-looking and never have BO!!!!!

No. 5'5" is not abnormally short for a human being. I don't feel it looks odd unless he's lined up with a bunch of other men who are all taller than him. Then he would stand out more. I wouldn't really notice otherwise. I tend to like guys who are taller than me and I'm 5'5". If I were 5'4" it wouldn't be an issue.

I know a man who is 5'3 or 4", he is extremely attractive and he is always in demand. He and his wife have 8 children, when he chaparones dances the teenagers ask him to dance, cause they can't tell ( by his height) he is not a teenager. He is my husband's age. every time I see him I am very glad my husband is really gorgeous too, so I am less tempted.

Looks are overrated. What is important is how you feel about yourself and how you present yourself to the world. Being confident (not arrogant), having goals and moving forward negates prejudices based on appearance.
