You can try Cod Liver Oil and Glucosamine - but they only help in minor cases. After that there is physiotherapy. If that does not work then it is a full scale knee joint replacement. THAT works.

I worked in retail for a while and never had trouble with my knees until then from all the time spent on my feet. In my case the problem was solved by investing in simple cushioned insoles for my shoes. Never underestimate the value of shoes that fit well. Good luck!!

soak in epsom salt (add 1-2 cups to your bath water)
There is this rub you can use that is made from emu oil there are several different names for it, one is Blue Goo you can find it in the same aisle as Bengay
Add 1 tsp of pectin (used for canning) to a glass of grape juice drink daily
Shark oil capsules

You could have low potassuim. Try eating bananas. I've heard this helpful for achy legs.
