Friend - Today is a snow day at our school and my companion (he is male, I am female) is a teacher so we are doing YA's together. I have noticed during school time an inordinate amount of questions dealing with what is obviously in-class schoolwork as well as communication between people obviously in the SAME classroom. One answer obviously came from a TEACHER who caught a student asking the question.
The moral of this story is...you are NOT supposed to get around blocked sites during school. And...so you know...sites will come and sites will go, but teachers and school ITs will always share this information. GBU

Use a proxy. You might have to look around a bit to find one the school doesn't already block. Sometimes using https://...etc works, too. It depends on the site.
