I have installed the cd but this does not help. Also I cannot find it in my computer. THe cable is a USB data D500 series - help !!!

You will need to install the software that came with the phone..thats if you bought the phone brand new.

Plug your phone into the USB cable and open the My Computer view - You will probably see the phone as an external drive - Explore inside the folder and you should find the images.

depends what phone you have, becuase if you have a nokia all you do is plug in the USB and select the storeage mode, the you can download as well as upload images from you cell phone to your computer.

If your Mobile has blue-tooth on it.. go out and buy i blue tooth adapter and then your can transfer your pictures wirelessly
