Costume Party Ideas?

I am having a teen costume party and i would like some good ideas for games this is NOT a halloween party. Also ideas for food i already have the invitations made if you have any tips please let me know!

If it's winter, don't do a Christmas theme, that'll be overdone. Instead, do an 'all holidays' theme and have people come as any holiday they like.
