I think that anyone who gets any cosmectic surgery done, has a very low self esteem. You should go see a psychiatrist instead. A bigger chest, a smaller nose, fuller lips will not make someone love you more. And it will not make you happier. You will always find something wrong with yourself, double chin, big thighs, etc. What are you going to get done to you next?
Are you seeking attention because you never got any when you were a child? Do you think that the only way you can get a man is with a big chest because you have no brain? While you are at it you might as well die you hair blonde - which you probably are already!

CANCEL YOUR SURGERY your wasting your time and money/
i had them and i took them out too many complications sore back etc and they don't even look natural or right they look ridiculous. You will be going back and taking them out and you can get breast cancer from them why take the chance if i could go back i would never have put them in my body but im glad i took them out early. oh and by the way you will be put on these pills called perks because the pain will be unbearable after your surgery . anyone reading this... don't do it .if you do you will regret it.

If you feel you want them go I ahead I do not believe I have the right to judge your desicions but I will give you my opinion.
I personally do not like the idea. I have them naturally but I had to deal with a lot of sexual harrassment about them and they've caused me a lot of back pain. It's also difficult for me to find clothes and exercising is very difficult.
Just as a side note, most of the time complications arise and the person requires more surgery.

I think that everybody should stay as mother nature has made him/her.Particularly talking about breast implants I really can't understand how a woman can be proud of her new breasts knowing it's made of silicon and plastic stuff.But that's my personal opinion.

If they make you feel better about yourself, you should go for it. However, it is sad that you can't find peace with your body as is.
Also, be prepared to be judged if it is a very obvious surgery. People don't get obvious implants unless they are trying gain attention from others.

Personally, I do not have a need for them. God blessed me I am very well endowed in that department. However, I think it is a very personal choice, and if you think it is going to make you feel better and they are something you really want then go for it. However, do it for yourself, not for a boyfriend or a husband. But because it is something you want. Good luck on your impending surgery and God bless****

the key word here is SUBTLE. When a girl with a 12 inch waists gets 85fff implants, IT LOOKS HORRIBLE. Bigger isn't always better. Once upon a time women's bodies were supposed to have this thing called 'proportion'.

I agree with duritzgirl4. Those who have implants are insecure with themselves.The only reason I believe to receive implants is the results of hideous or disfigured breasts due to birth of accidents. Otherwise, IMO, natural is better.
