Don't be ridiculous. Should women be allowed to carry Uzis? We're at a bigger disadvantage than black men. So what should Native Americans carry? I live in Alaska, and there is a lot of racism towards (and from) the Natives - more so than blacks here. Should we set up a "victim chart" that shows which group can carry which guns?
Is racism alive and well? Yes, unfortunately it is - but racism against whites is very prevalent, too. There are villages here where I can't go without a Native escort, or I'd get my *** kicked. Is it right? Is it fair? No - but I'm not going to change the mind of a bigot by complaining about it.
Ignore the ignorant as best you can and be proud of your heritage. It's up to YOU to make the decision not to be a victim anymore.

HA! well i like where you're going with this... but i think the specific idea is a little extreme. I personally don't think that giving blacks (or any minority for that matter) something to give them more power (like guns) will solve racial inequality..
i feel that whites, or the people doing the discriminating, need to grow up and not do it. if there wasn't the harsh discrimination in the first place, there would be no need to provide minorities with things like guns to give them an "equality" boost. I think people need to speak out against people when they are being racist or discriminating, and make it known that they have an old way of thinking and that this is the US.. let's at least try to follow the "Every [wo]man created equal" that we put in our dec. of ind.
