You can usually find the different settings for your motherboard from the manufacturer of the motherboard. If you are not familiar with changing the settings in the CMOS be carefull, you can't physically damage the board but you can keep it from booting up. You can also set the the clock speed of your CPU to high and burn that up. If the computer doesn't boot up at this time and that is the reason for your question the easiest thing to do is remove the battery on the motherboard and then place it back. What that does is reset everything to its default settings. If your computer is a Dell,HP or some other computer from a large manufacturer then trying to get the motherboard info is very difficult. Knowing why you need this info will be easier to help you.

Your best bet is to go to the software creator of the BIOS your motherboard is running. Award, Phoenix. Just google the name to get a direct link to their site.
