Yep! Right on your Windows computer.
Just look under start->programs->accessories->
system tools->character map
Although, frankly, I can't seem to get it to work!
Just did some experimentation: evidently you need to use a set of fonts that have a unicode representation:

You can use the character map to find the other symbols you are looking for and their shortcut keys. You get to the character map fromt eh start menu, Programs, Accessories, System Tools

In windows the character map is located in accessories under system tools. This has λ, π, √ among others.
