Definitely Cutco. They are not cheap, but well worth it. I tried Chicago Cutlery.....not worth it. I have tried my sisters Henkels....not worth it.

Consumer Reports put two Henckels on top -- Twin select ($500) and Professional "S" ($250)
But get this: They think Chicago Cutlery Metropolitan is a best buy ($60)
Keep in mind these fine-edged knives require honing and regular sharpening. They recommend Chef's Choice Professional. The Cutco is serrated.Sharpening Station ($140) and Russell Hobbs Classic Satin (Good -- not best -- Buy $70) for electric sharpeners. The Chef's Choice had narrow slots that makes sharp edges better..
They took a look at Low Maintenance sets and liked Kyocera Ceramic FK Series ($210) and Cutco Salad Mates ($80). The Cutco was sharper, but Consumer reports didn't like its handle -- less balanced and uncomfortabel than the pricey Kyocera.

Cutco is fake. it's a scam. i would say henckles but it will cost alot. keep in mind that henckles international is not made from the same company as henckles and it's cheaper and plus it's quality is not very good.
