INFORM HIM about the glass.
If he apologises from the bottom of his heart forget the issue else threaten him with suing, only if u can prove. In the threat if he say he will compensate u, take the compensation and walk off.

He is there to do business, this may have happened by some error, suing will tighten his belts, as the lawyer will also charge u.

The main thing to be borne in mind is if he gets to know his mistake he can rectify, for which u must give him an opportunity.

Yes. This is serious. You should sue for everything you can sue for. Maybe shove the glass down your throat. That would get you even more money.

Sure why not! Glass is not apart of any salad I've ever had. That's nuts! I would sue them for everything they've got, but that's just me.

i guess you found the glass in the grass. i recommend consuming the entire meal, you dont want to hurt the feelings of the salad maker, do you?
