my girlfrend`sbreast is shrinking she went from size 34b to 32a &she`s going crazy due to that.she want to enlarg them without using silicon implanting is there a way to do that

Get enough nutrients. Sounds like she isn't getting enough fat, or is burning too much fat. That is what breasts are composed of, is mainly fat.

Brava doesn't work. The pill doesn't work and pregnancy can leave them saggy. They can get larger with pregnancy but if she breastfeeds then that can wreak havoc. Breast augmentation is really the only way I know that you can increase your breast size.

No. If she's losing weight, she will also notice weight loss in her breast. There is nothing she can do to make them bigger except implants.
