I have downloaded photo and made it the primary picture, then saved it etc. but it won't show up. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

If you have it set as your primary photo on Yahoo! 360°, go to your Yahoo! Answers profile (click My Q&A or your nickname), click Edit My Info, click Use my Yahoo! 360° Picture, click Preview, and on the next page that opens click OK.

Upload a pic to your 360 and set it as your primary photo.
In Yahoo answers click on My Q&A and click on Edit My Info and set your 360 pic as your Yahoo Answers picture.

I asked the same question the other day. Look at my Q&A and there are very simple instruction on how to do it, I just dont remember them off the top of my head
