Help please?

I heard this song on the radio the other day but it say who was singing it. It starts off with a piano and it is quite a slow song, there's a woman singing first then a man and it goes soemthing like "Im alright" or "It's alright" something like that. Any help would be really great

Try going to the website of the radio station you heard it on. Most stations list the songs they played on the radio at a certain time.

It wasn't Snow Patrol with Martha Wainwright (Set the Fire to the Third Bar) was it? That's the only similar sounding song I can think of that's around right now.
