I get as many as I need really and I get paid for em
I got this far by not taking advantage so Im sure if I started abusing the system the would probably be limited. AND rightly so.
We had a guy here who took advantage big time his were limited to 5 paid sick days a year and 5 paid vaca days that could be used anytime.But ive been here over 10 years. He was here 2 years.

10 (which is a mixture of sick and "personal" days) but I'm a teacher, so I work 10 months out of the year.

4 per calendar year. On Jan 1, I start with 4 days and the previous year's balance is paid off.

i havnt taken a sick day in 7yrs.except when i had a tumour removed & i was bed ridden for 6 months
