I believe that our planet in this galaxy is the "past" of the same planet from another galaxy. This would explain deja vu. When someone experiences deja vu, they get the sense that they have already experienced a certain situation, which they have, but in a different galaxy.
Basically, it's like there are two exact replicas of everything- one in this galaxy (the past) and one in another galaxy (the present). This planet is reliving events down to the last detail that have already happened in another galaxy- every moment, word, movement, and breath.

You're referring to multiple-universe theory, or a variation of it. Here's some links to see if they jive with what you're thinking.

It's certainly debateable, but the idea is out there.

hmm i think you may refer to the same galaxy in another time, or better in another universe.
the theory of multiple universa is a ...theory maybe a good one, maybe not.
I think a Deja Vu is something completly different and can be likewise easy explained, without digging in other worlds.
The human brain relaxes itself from workload at night in phases called REM sleep.
in this phase you dream, and these dreams are very dense packets of information being shifted around. These dreams often reflect things you once did, things you would like to do .. simply everything you ever thought of.
while you dream specific sections of the brain, like the center for controlling the bodies motion for example are switched off.
Since this is a relaxing phase most things you 'work through' can't be conciously remembered the next morning.
Sometimes you remember dreams, so ...nothing is perfect .. you may remember details. sometimes wild things, sometimes strange things, but always you can get an index to it, making you able to remember that it was a dream.
this is what's normal.
Now a deja vu, is like having the feeling you already went through this and that situation, but you are uncertain about where it was, or when.
So what i think is what you experience in a deja vu is more a kind of a scan of your concious mind, finding information being put there by one of the dreams you had last night and cannot really remember, cause for some reason there's no index to it making you able to identify where it was from.
The human brain is soooooo complex, its more likely that you have your answer there, then trying to put the blame to a whole different place the size of a universe

All matter and energy in our known, observable universe are governed by the same laws of physics. Our universe is both isotropic and homogeneous, which means no matter where we go or look, the universe will look and act essentially the same.
Therefore, two galaxies (matter and energy) are governed by the same time line, as time is just one of the four dimensions in our known universe. Sorry, no past and present among galaxies in our little slice of bread. If there are replicas, they would be on the same time line or close to it if relativity time dilation comes into effect.
However, all bets are off for other slices of bread (other universes) in the multi-dimensional loaf of parallel universes posited by string/M theory. [See source.] In all likelihood, the physics in these unseen parallel universes will not be like ours; so there is no telling what time line (if any) they might be following.

ok maybe im confused but if we experiecne deja vu meaning it already happened wouldnt that make the other galaxy the past and us the present. u say "one is this galaxy (the past) and the other galaxy (the present) wouldnt that make us do the action and the otehr galexy experience deja vu?

Exactly what were you smoking when your formed this theory? Just for the record, Star Trek and Stargate aren't real... they're TV shows. I think you may have gotten this idea from the Superman comics. It sounds like "The Bizzarro World" to me.

That sounds a lot like a parallel universe, but with the twist that it is just far away in this universe instead. No, I don't think that is plausible.
