my ob told me that it depends on your stomach muscles..if they are strong you wont show as soon as other women who have weaker muscles...i started showing around 15 and i have good muscles

Well, I'm 32 weeks and I only just started to show 2 weeks ago. I'm still not even that big, yet the midwives say the baby is a perfect size. Apparently it's not just the size of the baby you have to account for it is also how much water you are carrying too. Some people show really early on. It depends on your luck though. I've been lucky up until now but the weight should be piling on soon.

It takes around 4 to 5 months before you really start to show. you might gain a little weight before that but not enough to make you look pregnant. It also depends on your body type and the size of the baby, but uhm some people barely show untill like 8 months along. I knew a girl that had a tiny stomach and then she stayed small until 2 weeks before the baby was born.

Good luck to you with your little one on the way. Hope I helped.

You will be able to notice more than anyone else. I was a size 8 when I got pregnant and didnt need bigger clothes until I was about 7 months and even then it was only because the button dug into my stomach. I didn't show enough for people to notice anything until 8 months after that point I grew a beach ball.

I'm a size 6 too. I had a bump at around 3 months. Not enough for anyone to really notice I was pregnant but enough for me to know my tummy was getting bigger! Looked more like a podgy tummy rather than the really noticeable bump that suddenly appeared between 4 and 5 months.

Everyone is different but if you are very small build it can go either way, my sister is a size 6 and she was really small and if she had the right clothes on she didn't look pregnant until she was about 30 weeks but on the other hand my friend started showing around 10 weeks. Are you sure its not twins he he!!!

I'm a big girl size 22 and people say you can't tell on larger women But I felt very different from about 12 weeks people could tell from around 16 weeks everyones body is different and it does depend on strength of muscles my sister is 22 weeks pregnant and normally slim but we have been able to tell from 8 weeks with her she has a lovely biggish bump now, just enjoy every stage I really missed my bump when my son was born......

You will probably notice a bump appearing before anyone else but the baby usually outgrows the pelvic cavity at around 5mths. So people will start to suddenly notice that you are pregnant with a proper bump rather than thinking you've eaten too much at christmas! Hope you have a great pregnancy, I really enjoyed my 3 pregnancies especially feeling them move around.

I think it would be perfectly normal to feel like you're showing at 5 weeks even if no one else can see it. You can feel all sorts of stuff going on in there plus you're probably not forcing yourself into tight jeans etc. You will probably start to show properly around 3 months (that's when you'll start to get the seats on the trains!)

It's very common to start bloating early on in pregnancy, making you feel as though you're showing! You'll be around 4 or 5 months before people really start to notice.
