Do you know for sure that its the fan making the noise. It could be that the bearing in the fan has run down but I doubt that because you said the computer is new.

Does the sound come from the power supple (where you plug in the power cord?) If so chaces are your power supply is going bad.

Fan is always the most noisy part of a Computer...... forget the speakers though. Fan sound will reduce a bit if you clean with compressed air but rest assured that it will come back again. Main problem is dust accumulation. Rest assured that your processor will not get fried now-a-days........... every motherboard comes with inbuilt PC HEALTH control which keeps track of temperature and fan speed also.

You have a very common problem.... which is not a problem if you raise your own decibel limits a bit.

Best of luck.

It might be that you are nowadays using intensive applications. So more power used, more heat and thus faster the fan has to work. If even your dealer has said there's no problem then this can be the possibility.

GEt a can of compressed air and blow it out, if it's still making lost of noise, the bearings may be bad, replace it before you burn up your processor
