Green Bean Cassarole
Weve had this at every holiday meal. I love it because it has green beans my favorite, Though during Christmas I chang it a little and spice it up wth some corn.
Corn & Green Bean Cassarole (So very Yummy)
1 can of string green beans (drained)
1 can of sweet yellow corn (drained)
1 small onion chopped
2 Tsp, of Butter melted
1/2 cup of crushed Ritz crackers
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup of Sour cream
In a greased cassarole dish, mix your veggies, the soup and sour cream, once mixed together, press down evenly in dish. In small bowl mix the cracker crumbs and melted butter, until well coated. Now sprinkle your buttered, Ritz cracker Crumbs on top.
Bake on 350 for 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Enjoy a Merry-Merry Christmas Meal!
