You should wait before you fill it with anything. When you get to Level 336 they will send you the special Yahoo Roast Columbian Supremo. Then you should brew up the coffee, drink it, and all of the answers to all of the questions of the universe will open up to you. At that point, you will see God, and he will grant you one wish.

Good luck. I'm still waiting on the key chain & it'll likely be another six months after never before the mug arrives. I'm hoping the sweatshirt will get here before I'm six feet under. :P
