I don't think there is any "best" time to take a birth control pill, except the fact that the pills need to be taken at the same time of the day for overall effectiveness, generally. Have you contacted the doctor that prescribed the birth control pills to you? I'm sure that they would have the best instructions for you on this matter.

It doesn't work 'better' at a certain time of day. The best thing for you to do is pick a time of day that suites you, like when you brush your teeth wither in the morning or at night. Try putting a reminder on your phone if your worried about forgetting. Aslong as you pick a time of day that you can stick to as you do need to take them at about the same time everyday.

There is no specific time of day better than another as long as you take it at the same time every day. Your body must adapt to the routined schedule of taking the BC in order for it to work properly. Therefore, whatever is best for you..do it.

I was told that you should just take it whenever you can remember to take it, and keep it on schedule. If you need to put it by your tooth brush in the morning so you can remember, do it. If it's easier for you to take it before sleep, that's the best way to go. Whatever's easiest for you.

Sometimes the pill can cause drowsiness, so I would recommend taking it at night. If you take it in the day, you may become restless and tired.

so long as you take it at the same time every day (not like EXACTLY the same time) it doesnt matter when you take it, whenever is easier for you to remember. i keep my pack in the car so i take it every day when i go to work.
