Consider the source. China and Japan have a pretty evil track record of racism. Their views are jaded. I would attribute any drop in American socio/economic standards to a public school system that has not kept pace with the changing world.

being mixed different race has nothing to do with your capability of what you can learn. blacks are just not as interested in educations as whites and asians are. they are more into sports, music. anyone can learn if they are taught right regardless of what ''breed'' they are. so tell the chinese and japs that they need to stop kissing the white mans a** and worry about themselves.
