I will not debate that one country is "better than the other" for any two countries. I appreciate both countries for the freedoms that are given and for the common heritage that we share. The early opportunities that were given to people from all nations coming together and the sharing of a new culture. GOD certainly blessed both of these countries. I do not completely understand your feelings toward Americans. I know that there are a number of corrupt officials in every government. I know that there are aggravating people of all races and Nations around the Woeld but something has really turned you against the Americans. I can think of a number of reasons to be glad that they are South of Canada's border as well as I can for Canada to be North of their's. Have a great week!!

I agree with you in general, but then I'm Canadian. In general, though I've met many Americans that are nice decent ppl. In general, Canadians "bite their tongue', rather then be blatantly rude & mean spirited. We have a different outlook on life. We, as a ppl think for example that we should have healthcare for everyone, Americans seem to take the atitude, Why should my taxes be used to provide healthcare for all. Therefore they have 40 million+ working poor with no access to healthcare. Americans have been brainwashed , for example, to hate Socialism out of hand. The US corp. world want it that way. As a rule , they will not even entertain thoughts that their system may not be the best. I think their arrogence is merely a way of dealing with their collective insecurity. Fat ppl is not really a criteria to use. Racist, we have them also. I am very proud that our Head of State, Her Excellency Govennor General Michelle Jean is a Haitian born woman of colour that came to Canada as a refugee.
She is at present doing some major inter-racial diplomatic work in Africa. Americans will find their way, I hope The Dems. will do a better job diplomatically than Bush's crowd.
YOU REALIZE THAT YOU DO COME ACROSS AS A SELF-RIGHTEOUS INSECURE AS*HOLE DON'T YOU?

I wouldn't say Canada is a better country, but I do like the way they handle health care. America needs a similar policy.

Evidently you must go on. You've spent most of your morning being hateful and arrogant. Why don't you get a life instead of bothering everyone and trying to build yourself up. It must make you feel superior being able to put down Americans behind that monitor. You sad little man you.

You do, however, seem to have your share of people who like to insult others. Sigh.
There are pros and cons to both places. I find both are for the most part pretty good places, actually. Rather than trying to rip one down, why not try to build both up?

Whether or not Canada is a better country than the USA is simply a matter or personal opinion.

If you actually read your material, I think you would see who the racist is. Because we are free, you can say things like this. The best part about it is that most people reading this don't care what you think.
