Awe...poor thing!
First of all it depends on the dogs age,
For example if it's an old dog...it might be tired and which is normal for most of the times.
If your dog is young and it's like feeling sad, maybe it needs not just a walk but another dog that he or she can play with. Another thing you can try doing is playing with him, and give them kisses...other words just treat him like a baby and treat him with his favorite snacks.
Now if this is still not working then it might be serious and you might want to take him to the vet. Oh I have three dogs and they are all spoiled, dogs love that!

*I hope that your dog feels better and hopefully it gets up on it's feet and be happy like the other dogs!

Go get a second opinion. I am pretty sure that it is natural that your pet rock will behave this way. When was the last time you gave it a bath?

A nice dirt bath followed by a soothing rain shower would do wonders. If that doesn't work, maybe it needs a little love and sunshine! Or you could try a movie! Rocky I and II maybe? lol!

Put him in a stream bed so he can have more rock buddies. Rocks are social creatures, not unlike people.
