Go with Barber. he is getting all of the goal line carries for Dallas. He should get atleast 2 td's against an injury depleted Giants D

Mcgahee is going against a returning Shawn Merriman and tuff Chargers D

Edge has no o-line and Dennis Green says that they will not even attempt to rush the ball. Edge is a fantasy bust this year

The other three all have their pluses and minuses...as you've pointed out. I would not start Edge. He's on the league's perrenial worst rushing team. And Edge also is just not as talented as a lot of people thought. Not after the ACL anyway.

Merriman is back....but without the roids he might not be as strong back at first. Remember when Peppers returned from roid suspension? He slipped. The Chargers are an excellent football team...and I love Marty S....but the Chargers can be scored upon. I think I'd take Mcgahee over Barber here because Mcgahee is at least a primary back. Barber is not. And Dallas has so many weapons...particularly in the red zone....that I don't think Barber is a safe bet for TD scores.

I would sit Mcgahee. Those 2 TD's were his only 2 in his last 4 games. Marion Barber is a good bet to get in the end zone at least once. Edgerrin James is going to get a lot of carries but he's only hit paydirt three times this season, and only once in the last four games. I would say Barber and of course LJ.

It's a hard decision. Edge is out, he's terrible this year...

It's a good predicament to be in, though.

I'd say you should go with Barber, just on the matchup. You're right, he does get the goal line carries, and McGahee is playing the Chargers' great run defense.

IT'S A CRAP SHOOT. BARBER WILL GET PROBABLE 50 YARDS AND FOR SURE 1 TD AND POSSIBLE 2. BUT EDGE WILL GET OVER 100 YARDS THIS WEEK FOR SURE. AND PROBABLY 1 TD. SO IT MAY DEPEND ON THE TYPE OF LEAGUE YOU ARE IN. OR ELSE FLIP A COIN.

I like Barber. I've been leaving him on the bench the last few weeks and am really regretting it. James is a flatout dud and the Chargers are tough.

Go with McGahee. They have been playing well lately. Giants are against the wall, so will be playing inspired. Arizona is still Arizona
