make sure i keep my job. i would just step down . but i dont how much monsy i would lose. i just asking for help

Contact the human resources dept for your store and find out before you transfer. Also, make sure you are not losing your seniority if you do. Im union, and I lost mine when I moved a lousy 2 hours from my original store, only because I went from one local to another.

You might find it easier to find a job with another company. You might even be able to get a raise even if it is a horizontal move.
